Intro to Spring Security

We're going to learn the basics of installing Spring Security. We will:
1. Start with an unsecured Spring Boot/JPA application
2. Install Spring Security jars
3. Create User and Authority domains/tables
4. Discuss Authentication and Principal objects
5. Add a HTML-based login form
6. Encrypt the user's password

Paul Woods is a Software Engineer for Texas Instruments. He started programming in 1984 on a Commodore 64, but became a electronic technician in the 1990s. He graduated from UTD in 2006 with a degree in software engineering. Paul has experience with C++, C# and Java. He started programming around 2008.
